Our story

A solid foundation since 2015

Bedrock Integrated Nigeria Limited specialises in civil works, building construction, estate development, mining exploration support, concrete supply, and bridge and road construction. The company was established in 2015 (RC 1292126) and has since grown steadily in experience, competence and partnership.

Today the company fields more than ten professional staff and about forty technical and local employees, alongside a healthy pool of technical experts engaged through collaborative partnerships — including fibre-optic infrastructure specialists Lammy Green Partners (Nigeria) and ANT Construction Mining Inc. Co (Turkey).

We operate nationwide from offices in Lagos, Abuja and Osogbo, delivering for the Nigerian Army, the Nigerian Air Force, the Transmission Company of Nigeria, international agencies and private developers — a record that stands behind our repeat business.

Prince Abiola David Lawal is a Nigerian entrepreneur and business leader, and a member of the Agbetusi Royal Family of Ara, Egbedore Local Government Area, Osun State. He is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bedrock Integrated Nigeria Limited, the multidisciplinary engineering, construction and energy enterprise he established in 2015.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and International Relations and a Master of Business Administration, both from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. That combination of political and international affairs with business administration shapes his approach to corporate leadership, stakeholder engagement and business development.

As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer he sets Bedrock's strategic direction and leads its growth, business development and delivery activity — bringing together professional, technical and specialist resources to pursue engineering, construction, energy and infrastructure opportunities. Under his leadership the company has positioned itself as a multidisciplinary enterprise able to integrate civil, structural, electrical, building-services and renewable-energy capabilities on a single contract.
